Are your products 100% natural?
Yes, we are committed to using only 100% natural ingredients. We do not use synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulfates, or artificial colors in any of our formulations.
How long does shipping take within Canada and the US?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our workshop in Canmore.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use recyclable glass, BPA-free plastics, and biodegradable materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.
Do you test your products on animals?
Never. We are a Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free company. We test our products on ourselves, our families, and our friends—never on animals.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Can I use your soaps if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, many of our products are specifically designed for sensitive skin. We recommend our Unscented or Goat's Milk lines for those with reactive skin types.
